Refund Policy

At Twinstinct Reptile Center & Rescue, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our policy below before placing an order.

Merchandise & Dry Goods

Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery or purchase with proof of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Feeders, Frozen Food, and Perishable Items

Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final on feeders, frozen food, plants, and other perishable items.

Live Animal Sales

All live animal sales are final. We take great care to ensure our animals are healthy and properly represented before they leave our facility. If an issue arises, please contact us immediately so we can work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
